Back when i was younger (10-12yrs ago) my grandma bought me a Planters snack that was a bunch of peanuts filled with a jelly flavored filling. It was better than eating a pb&j sandwich! The outer peanut part tasted like the wafer from a Pirouette wafer. Never been able to find those once I got older.

I've never seen those, but it reminds me of Taco Bell Supreme Dortios which were the best Doritos ever. The taco ones they have now are good, but no where near as delicious as the TB Supremes.
