FBI warns that terrorists are buying tannerite

This doesn’t sound good at all. The FBI says that terrorists are now buying exploding targets and are trying to find a way to detonate them, considering they are normally detonated by a high-velocity impact (bullet). They say that in the wrong hands these exploding targets could do a lot of damage.

I wondered how long it would take the gubberment to come up with a way to outlaw it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to remotely detonate it without a bullet.
