FFL of 03- Curios and Relics

I have a FFL type 03 and I would like some help. If I decide to change
some of my collection and decide to sell some of it, do I have to ask
people to fill out the FFL form and me call the ATF for a background ?

No but you must keep records. It's a collectors lic. not a dealers lic.

When you sell a gun on your book usually just write down the buyers drivers licence info and whatnot.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but why do you need an FFL to collect certain antique weapons? What kind of antique weapons requires an FFL C&R?

It isn't that you need an FFL to collect certain antique weapons. Going through the minor hoops of getting your C&R license gives you some benefits like being able to have C&R eligible firearms sent directly to your address, and specoial pricing at many places.
