2 days off... I've had a spell of bad luck because excuses actually kept me from doing a work out :freezing:

Been doing a lot of reloading and shooting instead.

Went to gym today. I weigh the same as usual 206 (+-5) @ 6'2
1mile 7mins
15pull ups, 30 push ups, 12 pull ups, 25 pushups
400lbs leg press X15, 90lbs leg curl X15, 425 leg press X 12, 90lbs leg curl X12
1 mile (considerably slower than first)
12pull ups, 25 push ups, 10 pull ups, 20 pushups
425lbs leg press X12, 115lbs leg curl X12, 450 leg press X 10, 140lbs leg curl X10
1 mile (same as previous)
10pull ups, 20 push ups, 8 pull ups, 20 pushups
450lbs leg press X10, 140lbs leg curl X10, 475 leg press X 8, 140lbs leg curl X8
1 mile

Done... was hoping to complete 2 more lifts and 2 more miles :(
maybe too many days off are making we weak minded

Deadlift 10-8-6 w increasing weight
Long Jumps 10
Squat Walk (20 steps)
Ball Slams (20) 12lbs
10 pull-ups
25 pushups

5 cycles 1 min rest between each.

Back from the flu, sort of, its still in me but was feeling sporty so I boxed for an hour and a half. Feel like shite now again, but got a great sweat out of me and poured electrolyte fluids down me the entire workout. Not even thinking about hitting those weights over there until the flu is all gone. Been on a low carb high protein diet lately and it sucks, I love my carbs. Even tho Im still not on any type of weight loss program I just backed off on the carbs anyways while sick as I was not able to burn them up properly not being able to lift weights.

I go to 10gym on 104th around 530-545. It's never busy that early in the AM, especially on days like today. Almost no new faces, and even most of the regulars were gone.
