Ok, I've done a Form 1 for a SBR on a trust and doing a Form 4 for a SBS and want to go the trust route on that also. I can ignore the LEO sign off and photo portion of the form 4 right?

I know very little about the trust route.

However, as I understand the process.......and I'm sure that if I'm wrong, someone will come along and correct me.

No photos, No CLEO signatures, No fingerprint cards.

I'm NOT sure about the Citizenship form.

Make sure to send a complete copy of the notarized trust along with your Form 4. I've always included the citizenship form as well.

    No photo/fingerprints/CLEO signoff.

I sent the citizenship form with some & didn't with others, all were approved. The citizenship form is easy, no running stuff down, just fill it out & sign, no headaches. So you may as well included it since it's so easy. I don't know why they just don't make it part of the main form.

I've been hearing about this trust form for class three purchases for a year or so now and am very pleased to learn about it. I've jumped thru the hoops twice doing it the old way. Although there's nothing in particular I need/want right this instant, I'm tempted to find a reason. I saw suppressors for sale for 9MMs' at Sportsworld over on 41 street and was told they would handle paper work for trust transfer. The same thought has crossed my mind about who should inherit my collection and now who would I designate as alternate trustee for a new class three purchase? The only logical, practical, natural thought would be a younger relative who's in their right mind. Two nieces, a nephew and two step grandsons. The answer is not clear right now. Who should be alternate trustees?
