Me and my girl have been hitting the gym pretty hard the last 2 months.

Usually put in 45-55 min. on the elliptical machine 4-5 days a week.

Weight training twice a week with a trainer. Sometimes a third day on our own and following a fairly simple meal plan.

Started out at @ 263lbs and a BMI of 22.5% fat.

Now @ 240 and 17%.

Still have a month to go with our trainer and we've no real plans of quiting after that.

Its nice buying NEW "skinny" clothes.
