Yes, I actually like the stock night sights a lot due to the U-notch but mine didn't come with them. This will be my first set of Trijicon HDs so it's kind of an experiment. Wished 10-8 made a sight for these guns.

The FN e-store only sells nights sights for the FNX-45, and when I called they said they don't offer factory night sights for the FNS series. I guess I'll go with Ameriglos or Trijicon HDs.

The FNS series is offered with night sights, but FN doesn't sell the sights separately. At least according to the rep that I spoke to.

Upon some research... I believe that FNX 45 is the same sight they use on all models with the .45 tactical being completely different. Don't run out and buy them on my word though. :D

Well, according to the 2015 FNH USA catalog, the FNS-9/FNX-9 night sights are listed as an accessory with product number 67170-1. The FNS-40/FNX-40 night sights have product number 67170-2, the FNX-45/FNP-45 night sights are product number 67170-3 and the FNX-45T/FNP-45T night sights are product number 67170-4. The FNH USA 2015 catalog can be viewed or downloaded from here: http://www.fnhusa.com/files/2714/2116/8254/FNHUSA_2015ProductCatalog.pdf. The night sights are on page 83.

Picked my FNS-9 up yesterday, and hopefully I'll get to put some rounds through it later on today. So far I'm pretty impressed with it. Fit and finish are very nice, grip angle feels perfect, and I really like the aggressive grip texture. Out of the box the trigger felt awful, with a ton of grit in the take-up, and it broke at about 6.5-7#. After a good cleaning and some polishing on the striker contact areas, as well as a lot of dry fire, it has smoothed out quite nicely and breaks at a crisp 5.5#.

Has anybody detail stripped the lower on one of these? Looks like a complicated little bugger.
