If those are carbon arrows, that can get expensive.
I got a robin hood I did. I was pissed. Those arrows are expensive.
Also, it really isn't that uncommon with the bow/arrow quality and the advanced sights we use today on our compound bows.

I've sheared off some fletchings, but thats as close as it has been for me.
I've sheared off some fletchings, but thats as close as it has been for me.Hee hee, I doubled twice in the first 3 years I shot a bow. I started shooting (first bow as adult) in the fall of 2004. First time was from about 15 yards, and second time about 18 yards. I hate it; ruins a good arrow!

I've done several over the years with the compound but never with a recurve before. I had just bought those wood grain looking carbons and they were expensive.
