I don't know if I ever mentioned this or not:
I was sitting in me car after being stopped for speeding (50ish-in-a-25, IIRC)...had CCW with me but had no DL or CWL on or about my person as I had forgotten my wallet.
Anyway the cop is standing there writing down the info I'm giving him and suddenly...stops...then began the following line of questioning (verbatim):
Cop:"Where did you get that T-shirt" (local training facility logo)
Me: "I'm sponsored"
Cop: "Are you on the shooter's board?"
Me: "I'm J. P."
Cop: "Have a nice day, sir!"
As if that bit of humiliating and rights tromping interrogation weren't savage enough...THEN...the cop just freakin' gets in his cruiser and DRIVES AWAY!
I kid you not......I mean, the unmitigated gall!!!
Really I should've had his badge number, but I figure hey...if I piss one of 'em off by reporting them that they very well may continue to stalk and/or harrass me at every turn.
