I'm not gonna lie - if I were to get a KZ anything from Wilson, it would be just for the "Wilson" name because I'm not a fan of double-stack 1911s nor am I a fan of the plastic 2011 frame.

But your right, that STI is pricey.

Is there another maker out there?

Don't most of the major manufactures make a 9mm option? I thought Kimber did? I think I saw one on the Sig website too... and I know how much you like the Sigs.

What are the Springers normally cut then? I thought their non-GI's were Novaks?

The model he is referring to is the 9mm Target Loaded, which normally comes with an adjustable rear.

Me personally, I would go with the Beretta 92fs.
It might just because I sold mine a few months back and have regretted it ever since.
I never made any alterations to the gun the 4 years I owned it and it never gave me a single problem.

+100, but i put a built in laser on mine and iv still got mine...
