That's not how it works , as long as you're not in the furtherance of a commercial endeavor you do not even need a CDL to drive a Peterbilt with a 40 ft trailer up and down the road . The key being not in the furtherance of a commercial endeavor .
Additionally when it comes to engaging in a commercial endeavor there are two standards Intrastate and Interstate carriers.
You forgot the part that it takes an IMMENSE amount of water to put out an EV fire. Tens of thousands of gallons of water in fact.Battery fires.
Actually Class A, B and C are all CDLs , Edit to Add there is no such thing as a Class A non commercial license .Some states do require higher classes of driver's licenses for any vehicle at 26,000 pounds or more. They may simply refer to them as "Class A" licenses. I said nothing about a CDL.

If they were hung, their lives would be better and they wouldn't complain so much. You old women would ***** if your were hung with a new rope.
I guess I'm behind the curve. Someplace the fire dept is just letting them burn. No toxic waste into the water supply. Just toxic waste going airborne. Much better to breathe it than to drink it.You forgot the part that it takes an IMMENSE amount of water to put out an EV fire. Tens of thousands of gallons of water in fact.
All this toxic water just runs into the drains that eventually go to the oceans. Environmental wackos don't seem to care about this inconvenient truth.
I want one.
