Guns need to be kept off the street, don't you know. At home locked up or at the range is fine but definitely not on the street. On that point all reasonable people can nod in agreement. ...And hunting is mostly fine as long as the guns are not on the street before the hunting begins or afterwards.
McAuliffe has already stated we lose "93 million per day to gun violence". Of course he had to be corrected, but WTF would make him even say 93 MILLION?

I agree with gun control, they need to enforce the laws they have on the books and take guns off the streets, out of the hands of thugs, thieves etc and leave the lawful gun owners alone.
Heck at 93 million per day the world would be half depopulated in a month or so - this is a serious problem!
I just looked up some stats - the US loses about 2775 people each day to various causes. If the 93 people per day to guns is accurate then .03% of the overall death rate is attributable to guns (Note - I recall reading that roughly half of that is suicides) - unfortunate but not exactly a plague upon mankind.
LOL Seriously though, 50 million dead from WW2 alone didn't even put a dent in the worlds out of control population. Maybe we need more gun deaths
