What Hillary will do is appoint a liberal to the Supreme Ct that will issue a new declaration that the 2nd Amendment is not an individual right. Then she can grab guns more easily. That's far more troublesome than anything that requires legislative approval.
Grab guns more easily? Harrumph! Who is she going to send to their deaths in the attempt to take our arms?
If the Senate has any scruples and backbone, they will never confirm anyone she nominates that isn't of the same mind as Scalia, Alito, and Thomas.

If my history classes were correct then last time they tried this crap we had a king who was after our guns.
Scruples and backbone has been missing from both houses of congress for a long time.
