Couple of years ago, we sold a house we had in Kailua. So many reasons not to like Hawaii. Their willingness to drop a deuce on the Second Amendment, high cost of living in part due to supporting their socialist policies, long flight to get their … and their “island time” culture which rationalizes and apologizes for lazy a** underachievers.
