I stopped in Walmart to get my rifle deer tag and a couple guys were buying all the 223 plinking ammo on the shelves. I asked, "Getting ready for the rush?" They said, "It's already begun." I asked if they were dealers and if they were taking that ammo to the Wanamacher. I was right on both counts.

Just like '08. That show was insane and uncomfortable.

I think I'll work on my house.

The wife and I had been saving up for a M-14 and an Uzi, but sounds like we won't be able to afford a bent AR clip or a bore brush. Might as well stay home.

i'll be going to look around and people watch a bit. might have to carry around a gen 4 g19 in fde since according to many vendors at the big gun show they are so rare.

yep ammo prices are up and tons of sites (including distributors) are out of ammo

the federal 223 I was buying at 6.50 a box is now 8.00 and up.
