Actually it's not a patty melt since they're using sourdough bread and bacon. To be a real patty melt It should have rye bread, grilled onions and swiss cheese. Then again it's actually a Sourdough Jack according the JITB website. There, now I being your Kevin for today...The bacon is sandwiched between the patty melt and the sour dough.
That is what happens when you are out running errands and your blood sugar drops. Luckily I was close to Jack In The Box and not McDonalds or one of those yuppie places.Oh, the culinary connoisseurs on OSA, living the high life obviously.

Honestly I have not used that trick in years. I was coming back from Crest when I got the sweats and shakes. I wish I still had the dog in my photo, she would alert me before it got that bad.So... how many times did you make the block before the ol' blood sugar dropped?

No training at all which really shocked us when it started happening. The wife's dog will do it some times but she just starts whining a little. The Dalmatian would start staring at me and barking. Our Chihuahua would just wait until I hit the floor, lick my face, than pee on me. Weird dog.
I think that I'd rather call the male "Karens", "Dicks" rather than "Kevins".
