The blue spot could simply be something caused by photographing towards the sun. I think it is referred to as "lens flare."

But then again, maybe not. Maybe it is a portal for the upcoming invasion.

I agree with terry but it sure was fun stirring up the young ones at work they were taking pictures and looking at the sun with welding hoods some with their bare eye lol
