Ideas on how to carry extra rounds with shotgun for home?

It was pretty ruthless when it had a 26" barrel, but one night I found myself standing in the garage with it on the bench and a pipe cutter it's way into one hand and a tape measure in the other. F it, in for a penny, in for a pound(ing). Slugs out of it are...stout.

Side saddle... and be done...... I keep an old MOLLE type pouch full of 00 buck next to my shotgun just to grab and go.... but keep a side saddle on my full always. The old adage is you will fight with what is in or on the gun......
