Is it legal to ship ammunition?

I did a search here but found nothing recent on the subject. A guy wants to buy a couple of boxes of shells from me and lives here in Oklahoma. Is it legal for me to ship them to him and if so what shipping service do I use?

You cannot ship ammo thru the post office, but you can thru UPS. Needs to have an ORM-D label on it like shown below (just print it and tape it to the box).
