How did she ever get her carry permit ?

In Cali it is very difficult for anyone to get a CCW. You basically have to write an essay to your county sheriff following their guidelines as to why you think you need one. Most times coin and jewelry dealers can't even get one let alone the gem public. She got one because of who she is.
