I have a PF9. Have about a hundred trouble free rounds since I got it less than a month ago.

I would agree that 50 rounds is about all I'd recommend for one range session. Not a target gun by any stretch of the imagination, but accurate enough for what it is.

I did see one jam (not mine) that had been carried for a year without cleaning, so I would recommend shooting and cleaning it regularly.

Very easy to carry. Thin and light. Recoil not as bad as expected, but the trigger is as bad as described above.

Anyone know a local dealer that stocks the PF9?

Just bought one at the gun show at the fairgrounds. There's a dealer there called Dan's Guns and accessories. They had 3 left after I bought mine and they are selling for $315 H&H can get them in, but I've been up there 3 different times in the last month and they couldn't tell me when they will have any in stock.

Once i got it home I was very impressed with how light and compact the gun really is. I was worried about the trigger after watching some reviews online but after i put in a snap cap i was pleased with it. The trigger pull is extremely long but I like that for a safety precaution. I felt like it will be more of a learning curve than an issue for me. I can't wait to actually get some rounds through it and see how it fires after the break in period.

i like the pps out of those choices. it carries very well and is better to shoot at the range than the pf9. why not spend a little extra and get one that can be carried easily and shot for fun. as for kahr i am not a big fan. my brother had a cw40 and it was a hunk o junk. granted it is one of the lower end kahrs so the others might be nice. sometimes one gun can put a bad taste in your mouth about the others.
