Love the MSR. Been hearing some hype about Remington's new attempt at a AI-style rifle. I'd love to see one in person, but I doubt it costs anywhere near what I want to spend on one.

I think they were shooting sub sonic rounds, which kinds of defeats all the awesomeness of the .338 Lapua Magnum IMO. But I digress, there's a mission for it somewhere I'm sure. And the rifle did look totally awesome. Kind of looks like Remington is positioning for some serious .gov contracts huh? 4 pretty wicked looking pieces in those vids.That MSR is BAD to the Bone!

I want an MSR, but I would be happy if I could just get the magical, floating allen wrench.
The Mil. is testing .338L sub-sonic rounds that will hold 1-2 MOA out to 600m.
That opens allot of doors.

I would have thought it would be half that distance at best! Yes that would be interesting to play with.
The cost for the MSR package is rumored to be in the 10k-14k range.
