Looking For a Plumber...Again

If you're a plumber and need work, I have some. My house in Olustee has a leak, most likely underneath the home, and it needs to be fixed. I'm trying to sell the house and it's under contract with an inspection pending so I need this done ASAP. Can't seem to get anyone in that area to return calls/messages...much less actually do the work. I've lost count of the number of companies I've called now.

I'll pay you for your travel time. I just need this done quickly.

You say underneath. By that do you have a concrete floor or a wood floor with a crawl space.
