I got maybe 20 seconds into the video and turned it off. What I did hear is they were griping because they want a black counselor, if they want a black only counselor what's next water fountains? It sounds like they want something they fought against many years ago...segregation. I'm sorry but cornering some one like that a yelling indoors like that isn't the way to drive your point home.
