Decided to get some new stock . One variety is supposed to be seedless. You can't plant muscadines near grapes as they will cross pollinate and the muscadine is dominant. You'll get something that looks like a grape but will be a muscadine inside.
What qualifies as "near"? Within 10-20 feet? Or in the same yard? I've been thinking about some muscadines but I have a concord that started producing. Or am I setting myself up for Concodines?

Nice! last winter I put in Bronze Fry and Southern Dixie from Willis orchards Fruit Trees For Sale | Buy Fruit & Landscaping Trees | Willis Orchards. No fruit yet, but Bronze Fry really took off. Do you know anything about pruning them? Treat them like grapes or just let them go?
IIRC Concord is already a European grape Muscatine hybrid.
