My new flagpole and flags

ONe of the first things I want on my new OK property/Home is a freaking tall aluminum Flag Pole. Something in the 40'-50' range with a big ass light shining up on it.

I want one badly but I don’t have the time to ensure they are raised and lowered properly

Get a photocell dawn/dusk flag pole light that also has a solar panel to keep the battery charged.
Some mount on top of the pile, some are underneath points bring upwards.
All flag requirements covered. Leave the flag up 24/7

With the titan pole..... is there anything thang clanks or makes noise? My wife says no clanking sound is a requirement.
