This is the oldest peice of history I am currently caretaker of. It is a Dutch Type IIB circa 1750 and was purchased by the British and sent to the American Colonies for use by thier Militia. Could have been used in the French and Indians War. The bayonet is numbered to the musket.

By Gawd that’s a weapon of war!!! You shouldn’t be allowed to own it! It’s probably killed many human beings.
Can’t believe you don’t promptly destroy it or turn it in to the local authorities for proper disposal!
