I've heard oologah is pretty good but never been there. Used to hunt some around Ft. Gibson. Been a lot of years though. Best I could suggest is go check it out.
Good Luck!

Wally World has this years Waterfowl Guide. Grab a copy and start studying it. Covers alot of lakes, regulations, etc.

This blog mentions some really good ones too:
http://www.oklahomagameandfish.com/hunting/ok_aa104203a/

Here's a list from the Corps of all the lakes in the area, their restrictions, and most importantly, maps of all the huntable areas:
http://www.swt.usace.army.mil/recreat/huntingmaps.cfm

Lot of good information found here too including an interactive map:

Hope that helps! Waterfowling is addictive! One of the only kinds of hunting where you can talk with friends, cook in the blind, and have a great time without worrying about being quiet.

Invest in a solid set of waders, a couple calls (practice these all the time - I'd start with a cheap Duck Commander Picker call),a good set of chokes (and pattern them ahead of time!), and some decoys (I like Carry-Lite, but cheap redheads work too) and you're good to go! Practice makes perfect!

Asking for a duck hunters spot is like asking for his girlfriends phone number? Why your not getting a lot of responce. Oolagah can be good, but I hear the water is low. Check out some of the wetland/marsh public areas, usually a few poeple, but can be some good shooting. The best thing to do is just get out around the lake and glass. See where the duck are moving to and get there the next morning. Also check the DOW web site, they have a waterfowl report on there too. Most duck hunter would give up their girlfriends phone number first........
