When you got your license they should have given you a copy of the regulations covering the use of your license. Read them and if you have any questions request clarification in writing from the ATF. Do not take any internet forum opinion as gospel unless they can cite the regulation or present the clarification letter. Internet forum opinion does not holdup in court. Verbal answers from the ATF will not stand up in court. You can ask three different ATF agents a question and get three different answers. Some have been audited and the ATF agent has gotten the 01 FFL and 03 C&R requirements mixed up. I had a C&R for 12 years and finally gave it up 4 years ago. Do a search on C&R license requirements and you will get a wealth of info including clarification letters from the ATF that have been posted.
