NFA Paperwork for SBR?

I ordered an AAC N-6 a few months back and the guy I ordered it from set up my trust and helped me fill out all the paperwork properly.

Well, I just got a stripped lower and would like to get the paperwork started for a SBR. I just want to make sure I fill everything out correctly and fill out the right forms.

Can anyone give a me a link to the correct forms and help me out a little bit??

You might be best off to go to your dealer that set up the trust and have them assist you with the paperwork. Even if they charge you w little it might be worth it to be sure you done get your forms sent back for corrections.

Either way you will need (for a trust).

two completed form 1's printed front and back. I have a template somewhere Ill try to post and the forms can be found on the ATF site
one cert of compliance. again found on the ATF's site
a copy of your trust where the notary seal / stamp is visible and has a updated with the stripped lower on it
a check for $200 made out to the ATF
