Trader Joe’s doesn’t disappoint again.

If you haven’t been, it’s worth a look. They have some good stuff that can’t be found locally at the bigger box stores.

My family has been shopping there my entire life and is one of the few things I miss. There were two of them not 10 minutes from my house but now it’s a three hour round trip to get to one.

Actually Trader Joe is German owned (Aldi sud I believe). Though the original was in Cali. I use to have one in walking distance, they are great stores.

When I was a kid, my dad would mix these with rice and ketchup. He learned me to eat stuff that normal people wouldn’t.

Actually the nutrients from this meal are phenomenal.
