The NSA has admitted that there extra-constitutional spying on the U.S. has not stopped any terrorist. Pick a news source and you will find the story. If they can bend the 4th why not the 2nd amendment.

Well, I can't prove to you he said it, but I heard the same thing--in almost exactly the same words--from David Cid, director of the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism. He had absolutely no respect for the program.
