Prove me wrong…

Ordered a set of HS gauges early October 22, said in stock. Emailed to check status in November and never got a response. Called and was told they didn’t know why but would let me know. No call back or email. Called again in December, same thing they would contact me with a status and then nothing. Called and emailed last week; same response.
3 months is a ridiculous amount of time to make something they said was ready to ship but the main issue is the communication I haven’t got from them.
This is the last time I will do business with PTG and advise everyone else to avoid any business with them.
As of this posting NO ONE from PTG has reached out to me…

Looks like Manson will be getting a lot more business.
The best part is the barrel mfg (props to X-Caliber!!!) straight up tells you it’s gonna be a “while” when you order I’ve already received them and I placed my PTG order before I did the barrels…

Did they charge you already? I would only be mad if they took my money upfront and then weren't responding. If they simply accepted my order but didn't charge, then just chalk it up to the inventory system not being up to date or delays that we're now all used to in a post-covid world.
