Cavender Subaru Service Stinks

Glad I read this, we bought a car from Reynolds couple years ago and it was a straight up experience. Next year might be time for another, But I won't be going to Cavenders, but I will definitely check out Bob Moore

DUH!

We bought a new Subaru in 2018 and every month after a year of ownership we get this little postcard from Bob Moore to "trade up". We just paid the thing off by doubling the payments. You think we want a new monthly payment?

The newness of a new car goes away long before the payments do.

We bought a Nissan from Fenton Nissan dealer, now Orr. Orr sends me post cards and letters wanting me to trade up,no fawkin' way. Sent probably 50. They used to call me till I blocked their number. Then salesmen would call. Told them to stop calling. Geeez, they must be hard up, but will never buy from Orr.

Bob Moore Nissan is so much better.... have also bought from Bob Moore Buick and were professional.

Ive had to deal with cavender once since the new ownership and the move. Marvin helped us out and never had any issues. Hopefully you can get a hold of him, and they get you taken care of.

So Bob Moore sold a new jeep that the transmission started slipping at 20k and no jeep dealership would fix it because the light didn't come on there that. Just bought a Subaru for cavander in June used mine you. The battery was f**ked they apologized gave me a new one today and I'm on about my business. Not saying they are great but I just went up there.
