Going to be spending some time in Enid for a while with work. What are some good places to get some grub?
Pastimes in down town Enid is a pretty good place.
Wings To Go has a good monday wing special and is a great place to watch sporting events.
For sushi check out Sakura on Garriot east of Cleveland.
For some great breakfast food check out Wee Too on N 4th st. by the fair grounds.
Flamingo is a bar near Garriott and Van Beuren and has really good burgers.
La Macarena (sp?) and Taco Bandito for mexican
Golden Chick is a great local chain. Similar to chicken express (Gariott)
Other than that it's a crap shoot of well... crap and chains

Pasttimes is closed for construction, La Macarena is closed down as well. As stated above, you wont find better breakfast than at the Wee Too. Cafe Garcia's downtown is pretty good. Not really a lot of choices other than the usual chains.
Or costellos if you want a $50 rubbery steak.
And yes. If there's one thing Enid is good at, it's terrible Italian food

Tia Juana used to have a really good chicken fry. The old man still hand breads em every mornin. Grand and willow. Don't let the looks of the place fool u. Good place to eat.
I think my fav is western sizzlintho. Sits right in front of outdoor sports. Convenient eh? Do not get a chicken fry therfe tho!!

G&P bakery on North Grand about 6-7 blocks north of downtown on the east side of the road. open Tue-Thur lunch only. Home cooked meals, best place in town to eat.
