They Suck.
I had them with a brand new truck, hit a deer 3 months after I got it and they wouldn't use gm parts on it. They replaced it with crap aftermarket parts. Most didn't last a year, headlights leaked, put in smaller aftermatket radiator etc, etc.
Dropped them right after I got my check from them.

Super high and sucks i have been with them for 8 years and not even a ticket. Let me put it this way i bought a new pickup 2 weeks ago and got it covered by them 150 a month full coverage and would not even cover law suits well i start checking around everybody i went 2 was about 100 bucks cheaper so i thought i must not be typeing something in right so i called state farnm they got me 10 times better coverage road side assestance everything for 75 a month for both cars .Thats how bad they suck.
Just do some checking around before you use them it will save you alot of money. I drive a 2010 nissan titan i thought that was really cheap for better coverage.
USAA (if available) is best. They follow replacement value, not depreciation value.
Wife and I together is 170 a month for 250k/100k/250k full coverage w/ Roadside and rental coverage added on. Were both under 25 which is a huge premium break in the insurance world.

I have a neighbor (smokin' hot SWF) down the street that is an adjuster for them. I dang near changed from State Farm to Progressive and ran into my tree.

That sounds about right although several companies would have done the same thing. State Farm uses OEM sheetmetal & safety items when available unless request by the insured (which rarely happens).
