I've been usin the ol plastic hammer. Yesterday I was in Jerrys in Tulsa and picked up a like new used Hornady cam lock puller half price of new. No luck on used collets though, bought a couple new ones.

Got a question, when using the grip n pull, how do you steady the shell when you pull the bullet?

In a press. Pull out the die and run the ram all the way up so the bullet is above where the die was. Clamp onto the bullet and pull the case down.

Hornady makes a shell holder extension if you need more length. (Not that any of us would admit we need more length)

The brass is held by the base, and you raise the loaded round just above the top of the loader, grip and lower the brass pulling out the bullet. The video in Post #4 shows how it all works.
