dont rule out the harborfreight cams. take em home. if they look decent keep em. if you dont like the resolution take em back. I have installed them for a friend cause he bought them and it worked fine.
if you have an old unused computer or can buy one cheaply you just need a capture card. you really do not need 60frames for each channel. you need maybe something like this pci card with this 4 channel it will capture 60fps 15 frames a second.
