People that whine about a little rain that stops a sporting event, vs helping people that make their living off of sufficient rain fall disgust me.

They are usually the same people that ***** and moan about the cost of food with no connection to where their food comes from.

Over 2.5 here around Tuttle. Best day in a long, long time.

Its awesome! Slow, and allowing it to soak in.
You waterfowl hunters should really appreciate it. Ponds will fill, lakes will rise, covering vegetation creating habitat.
Its still warm, so upland and deer hunters will see new growth in natural browse, and food plots/farms get a much needed drink.
We have rivers in Okla that have not flowed for the first time in recorded history, killing millions of fish. It will take many years to get fishing in the rivers back to where it was.

Beginning to doubt my rain gauge's accuracy. Sunday morning it read 3.75 inches. Cleared it out and after the rain stopped Sunday night it read 2.5 inches. Over 6 inches of rain? Hmmm - not sure but still a bunch! Awesome!
