OK what do these things really taste like? Quail & pheasant or something like Goose & Duck? Love the first, hate the latter.
If prepared right, It can be just like roast beef.

None of the above. Those two slabs in the center are crane, one stuffed with cream cheese. We fooled 4 wives one evening, they thought it was some of the best beef ribeye they'd ever had. Grilled is the only way to go.
