I searched around, but couldn't really find what I was looking for. So my question to you guys and gals is, what snap caps do you prefer?

I use the A-Zoom red anodized aluminum snap caps. They're cheaper at Sports World in Tulsa than they are at Bass Pro. My 9mm were $16 for five, IIRC.

thanks everyone. I was looking at the plastic one's on MidwayUSA and wasn't sure if they were any good. They have some aluminum ones also.

I have five hand mades. Just a bullet and casing, no primer, no powder.

Disadvantages: They don't cushion the firing pin (non issue on my guns) and they're not red, so you have to look at the butt end to tell which they are.

Advantages: They were *really* cheap and they're not red, so you can slip one into a mag for impromptu tap-rack-bang drills.

I have plastic 12 gauge caps and aluminum .380 caps. I definitely think you're going to like the aluminum more than the plastic. They just feel like they're going to last longer.
