That’s going to be a looong drawn out trial. What led up to it? Did he mount a challenge in public, social media etc? Where is the weapon on school ground law going to come into play?
Depending on the judge and jury, he could possibly face murder charges because of the knife.
Depending on the judge and jury, he could get off based on the number of people involved.
Then, refer to my second statement.

Where the F are the teachers? Were they the ones filming? Good thing the school has such crack security, or rather security on crack.
If it’s inner city, lik Charleston or similar, teachers ability to even get involved has been chopped off. Literally chopped off. Get involved and be sued or get fired.

Yep, saw on the latest news tonight, charging the kid with murder. Should charge everyone of the "scholars" that were beating on him for the same thing, as well as felonious battery.

Know nothing of the prosecutor or DA in Raleigh, but hopefully there isn’t 12 people in the entire county that would convict the kid if the circumstances and evidence say it was self defense.

Weapons are to be felt not seen. He didn’t pull it early and wave it around like an idiot. He used it as a last ditch plan, and it kinda worked. .

Sucks that a kid died but if said kid was comfortable physically assaulting someone taking part in mob violence then basically they reaped what the sew.

Hopefully the law takes it easy on the kid.
