and nurses.
Last week my main doc wanted me change my fast acting insulin. I agreed and told them which ones my insurance covered, and that I was almost out of my old one. "No problem, we will get it called in" Couple days later I found out they called in one that is not covered. I call the doc to get it corrected, she is busy but we will give her the message.
Two days later I am out of fast acting and call again. She is out of the office until Tuesday (today) I call this morning. "We will get that straightened out." Again I get notice they called in the wrong insulin. Call them back. This time I think they got it right but when I go in for labs Friday I better not hear my levels were to high.
I also got calls from 2 others today setting up appointments. Not a good day.
