"Technical glitch" sounds like a media friendly way of saying "Chinese Terrorists".
USAA banking system also had a series of odd problems in the wee hours. I called this morning and was told "technical issues. being resolved".

If these "technical glitches", especially at the NYSE, hadn't happened today, what would be leading the financial news? I wonder if today's headlines are actually just a distraction from another really important event. Maybe the FOMC minutes? Something else?
