My first (4 years ago) was 6 months. It’s was supposed to speed up with new electronic format but the one I ordered 2 years ago, took a year. My SBR did the same.
Efiling SBRs now takes about 2 weeks.

Bullshat!!
Yup, it's all the blame game, but here I am without a can
I'm at 16 months. How long in FBI status? Think mines been there for 6 at least. FBI check is the same as a nics check but there's no time limit on completing it.I'm at 13 months on a a trust, on a 556 can, ATF said they are waiting on the FBI....
I don't understand the timeline. I bought a couple of suppressors a few years ago and the time (if I remember correctly) was around 9 months. In April, 2016, with the Clinton / Trump election looming, I decided to buy a .45 cal suppressor before Clinton got elected. I thought many others would do the same and I expected a long wait time. That wait time was about the same and only extended a short period of time because Sig was modifying the design. I would have thought now, under the Trump administration, the wait time would be decreasing.I'm at 12 months going on 13. When I applied they were coming in at 6 months. My luck, a couple of guys ordered theirs a few weeks before and have been shooting them for a very long time
WHAT"S UP?
I have a friend that could help, but I don't want to make things worse and piss someone off.
