Either way, it's walking the dog without having to walk the dog! 
It must be genius. My lazy a$$ wouldn't have thought of it. :|
Haha! I have a little mutt I need to try this with! I couldn't walk or play with him enough if my life depended on it. Danged dog NEVER runs out of energy.
That's funny, my dog has a ton of energy also...

Wouldn't work for me. I have a Border Collie and it would just jump the snow fence to get the ball. 
This is the Amish version of the Red Laser pointer...
My dog would just bark at the ball and wait for someone to bring it to her.
