Tax Stamps get mailed where?

Alright dustingaudner I am sure this is a repost about a previous topic......BUT........here she goes anyways. Help a brother out will you?


The Major told me but I have forgotten. The Form 1 (SBR) stamp will come to me. BUT the form 4 (suppressor) stamp will go to ???????. Thanks guys.
