My Great Grandpa had fried bologna, fried eggs and black coffee for 2 meals a day for like 95 years and he lived a pretty good life. I vote to make that the standardized breakfast and lunch for all children starting in 1st grade.

My parents, and grandparents did the same.
Sunday breakfast before church was eggs, bacon, and toast. Our family history has most living into their 80's.
I'm pretty much into eating more healthy these days, but on occasion, still do the taters, bacon/ham, eggs, etc when I'm at home alone on my days off.
I'd get my butt chewed out if the warden was at home.
Yum, fried bologna. Or better yet Mayo and tomato sandwiches.
Uhh.. no.
And mustard ... ketchup is not fit for human consumption. That stuff is just downright nasty ... bleech ...
