Haven't seen anybody discussing this yet, but since we're all a bunch of manly men who appreciate a good cut of meat, I figured those in the Edmond area would appreciate the heads up. It's a chain butcher shop, so I don't know how well that works out, but the interview I saw with their management discussed how they're a butcher shop of the 50s and 60s, whatever that means. They'll have tons of meats, including less common meats like alligator and ostrich, almost all locally obtained.
