They exist only in our minds, if we allow it. Stereotypes is a very lazy way to live. Individuals is where to look.

True. And that is how I've lived my life. But to ignore certain ... Ahem ... "Generational behavior traits" in certain groups of people is to do so at your own peril.

Case in point -- how many rape or DV victims ignored the fact that some men are dangerous until it was too late?? Or how many men have been screwed out of everything they own by women they loved ... And trusted? 🤷 Yep. Men and women can be stereotyped also. None of us is safe. And none of us is immune. I don't think it is a lazy way to live at all -- more like a bit of prudence is a good thing. Trust (kinda) but verify.

Those dam Indians they’ve never done anything for this country.

I can go the other way too about a half breed that broke her neck that Cheif Baker and his administration refused to pay medical bills because the government didn’t give them enough money😡.

They have to make there Casinos bigger, screw the poor amongst them!

I guess the thing that burns my shiny white rear is having to play off of a myth that is quite obviously a crock of shizlit. Every time I pass the sign for the “First Americans” museum on I-40 I want to slap the taste out of a policritter’s mouth. Suckers whining around about how their broke asses couldn’t afford to finish a museum to a made up past, so we do it for them. Paint ain’t dry before they have a casino and hotel flying up right beside it.

Before the bunch of invaders before us got here there were Paleo-Celts, Egyptians, Etruscans, pre-Chinese Asians, Phoenicians Nordic explorers and good lord knows who else. Okrahoma been the crossroads of trade and exploration since way the eff before the Interstate Highway System. Some of the Bronze from the first Roman Imperial period was made from copper mined in Michigan and it may have been remelt.

There are remains from down in Florida, locked away by the “Indians” and the Dept of the Interior that are over 25000 years old and represent the oldest woven textiles currently known on this continent. The mummified remains were identified as Caucasian before that got locked down by the grifters de jeure. Same with the Kennewick Man and dozens of others that call BS on the ‘Ones whose butts must be kissed’.

How about we all stand on our own damn pegs and bury this victim horse manure as deep as it needs to be buried to keep it from popping back up. I’m tired of trying to carry this household and another one too.

So Lighthorse arrests a non native possessing fentanyl and meth within 1,500 ft of a public school, in the city of Okmulgee, using cross deputation authority, Okmulgee lets officers and prisoner past 3 locked doors, book the prisoner into medical, starts to process the evidence, then decides they don’t want the prisoner, Lighthorse won’t take the prisoner back, jailor won’t let Lighthorse out of jailhouse unless they take prisoner with them.

A scuffle ensues, not about the prisoner, rather about detaining Lighthorse.

So whose prisoner is it? In the end Lighthorse leaves, serves a warrant on jailor, and now nobody knows what happened to the prisoner.

I'm gonna steal that. My buddy said "statistics enthusiast", I use that a lot too.

When our buddy was in the city the other night, he wondered which areas of town were safe. Someone Googled up a demographics map, as if that were some kind of indicator of crime statistics.

The tribal vs State thing is getting pretty entertaining I must say. My wife and I are both tribal citizens, although she's Brown and I'm White. (which in itself indicates how unrealistic the system is)

I'm of the mind that the two entities cannot exist together.

Why can’t they exist? McGirt is nothing more than a jurisdiction ruling.

The City/County can sign a cross deputation agreement, (they had them before McGirt) and everything goes right back to where it was prior to McGirt, with the only caveat being the Tribe has trial jurisdiction over Tribal members.

Because the tribes aren't holding and prosecuting offenders as they should.

Before Christmas three "youths" were caught stealing. A chase ensued and TPD backed off because the crime didn't warrant a high speed death. "Youths" crash car near 51st and Memorial, are seen and identified, one with a gun.

TPD arrest all three, call MCN, get told to give them back to their parents. Which they had to do, by law.

The TPD guy they interviewed was astounded, but the "law is the law".
